Returns & Exchanges

At BOOX Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your E-Ink device; if you are not, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our Support Center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Approval

  Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return shipping address along with a unique RMA number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your BOOX device in its original box with all accessories and manuals, clearly labeling the package with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
